DEATH ROW DIESEL

About

Hello everyone, my name is Cody and I would like to welcome you to my website. This website came to be from an idea my good friend Chris had. He said "We need a web site we can post pictures and videos on." And it just so happens I knew the right person to contact. Mr. Scott Lemmon. Thank you Scott for making this happen. As you will notice, this website is for all our hobbies, not just diesel trucks.

To start, Death Row Diesel is not a business. It's my personal shop. And when I say shop, I mean 14x24 building with an asphalt pad in front of it. Nicely equipped of course. When I built my shop, I was joking with my wife Bobbie telling her that "No women are allowed." She asked me what about the boys? (We have 3 year old triplet boys Cooper, Dalton, and Hayden) Still joking, I said "The only time they will get to be in there is when they are in trouble. That's where we are gonna have our little talks. They are gonna think it's Death Row!" And in the years since I have built it, my friends and I have done quite a bit of diesel work and modifications. My friends all told me I needed to open a diesel performance shop. But to me, that would take all the fun out of what we were doing. So they said "at least you need a shop name." One night I asked Chris, what do you think about Death Row Diesel? He loved it, and Death Row Diesel was born. In short, what started out as a joke has become reality so to speak. And to be honest, none of this would have happened if it weren't for my good friend Chris. I usually have a bunch of ideas, but he's the one who kept me motivated to make it happen. Thanks for everything brother.

Last but never ever least, I would like to thank my wife Bobbie, and Chris' wife Julie. Thank you for putting up with us and allowing us to have fun with this habit which is very time consuming and expensive at times.

To all our other friends and family, thank you for finding the time to spend at the shop with us. It's always a pleasure to pull wrenches and tell lies. And for everyone else who hasn't had a chance to make it down to Spicewood Texas, We'll leave the truck runnin' for ya.
